Job title: Community Liaison Administrator
Reports to: Lead Community Liaison
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 20 Hours a Week, school hours and flexible working considered

Autism Anglia is a well-established charity providing direct provision for people within the Autistic Spectrum from pre-school to adults. We provide a range of services to enable autistic people to live as independently as possible and experience choice and inclusion in society.
The Role:
To assist with all the administration of the Community Service Department. You will be responsible for responding to client enquiries, accurately recording client information, filing, analysing and processing bookings, signpost, organise community group meet ups, updating database/spreadsheet information and providing management information reports.
- Responding to client enquiries and requests from external sources.
- Using the charity’s databases and spreadsheets to record and log client records and bookings.
- Support with administration tasks as required for service improvements.
- Ensuring client information and all records on the database up to date.
- Delivering high quality support.
- Signposting
- Venue booking
- Supporting the team in general administration duties
- Attending promotional events and drop-in groups as and when required
- Collation of data for completing reports
- Managing diaries for members of the team
- Scheduling meetings and taking minutes
Applications are welcome from applicants who:
- Have Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) to a Grade A-C
- Experience of providing administration support in a busy environment
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook
- Highly motivated and a desire to learn
- Ability to maintain accurate records and analyse data
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
